Edmund Boey is a secret agent with multiple secret identities. He is the Visual Designer at Bluecore by day, and a creative adventurer by night. Dabbling in illustration and sculpting, he wants to experiment with all mediums of art and design. Not much is known about him other than that he Graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and that he spends most of his time in his secret lair.
Motion in Bluecore
Motion has an immense impact on the design of a product, and has taken a backseat within the Bluecore product suite. My goal was to bring delight throughout the product while making the user interface feel like it's loading faster, aiding users on their journey, and providing visual feedback on their actions.
Bluecore's current logo was one they strongly identified with, so without too much of a departure, the final mark is a simplistic twist on the company's current logo to reveal a mountain summit. The colors used are from the company's current logo, allowing the final logo to integrate seamlessly with the existing brand guidelines.
A simple way to pace any physical activity, now we've got no excuses for not going on that run...
